Through the conversation between Granola and Vegeta, we find that the Heeter believes that the Saiyans work under Freeza. Even Oatmeal tries to convince him otherwise, but he is reluctant to listen.
Next up, the details suggest that Vegeta will power up to his Super Saiyan form. For now, we only know that Vegeta will acquire a powerful form.
