Spy X Family Anime: New Trailer
The panel of Spy X Family anime was one of the first announcers at the Jump Festa 2022 event. While the anime was announced way back in November 2021, the makers are constantly releasing new updates on the Summer Slated release. The last announcement was in regards to the visuals that were to be presented at the fest. Now, the makers have dropped a full-length trailer of the upcoming Wit and CloverWorks work. SXF Anime will come out in April 2022 on Crunchyroll.
Dragon Ball Super Super Hero: Release Date Announced
Same as Spy X Family, the new Dragon Ball Super Movie saw an announcement early-on on the first day itself. It has only been two months since the second DBS movie was announced. In the Jump Festa 2022 event, the DBS panel was keen on announcing the solid release date of the film. For the time being, only the Japanese date has been revealed. So, DBS Super Hero would premiere in the Japanese theatres on April 22, 2022.
Bleach New Anime Announced
The team of Bleach also came out with a much-anticipated announcement. This was the unrolling of the Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Anime. The announcement included a brand-new trailer and a first look at the series. The panel also clarified that the season was bound to cover all of the remaining source material from the manga. This means that Thousand Year Blood War is possibly the final entry in the series. So, an October 2022 slate has been confirmed by Studio Pierrot. The solid release is awaited for later.
Chainsaw Man Anime Release Window
For many months, Chainsaw Man remained to be the top phrase in google trends. More than Dragon Ball or My Hero Academia, fans were waiting for this anime. So, the Jump Festa 2022 panel finalized the release window of the new series. Also, a brand-new trailer also made it to the floors. So, Chainsaw Man anime is set to release in 2022. The slate and date will be revealed later. The same panel also gave away the details of the manga’s second part.
Chainsaw Man Manga Sequel
Much before the anime, it was the manga that the fans had been demanding. Halfway through serialization, the manga halted in December 2020. Since then, it has been the Jump Festa where the manga is returning to the forefront. So, Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ wing confirmed that the manga would resume release soon enough. It was also announced that the text would commence the ‘Gakko Hen,’ the School Arc of the story.
Boruto Anime
The makers of the popular anime brought some of the blandest news in the entire event. While the fans were expecting an announcement of a new project. But most of the event was dedicated to the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the franchise. However, the makers did give away a new visual from the BNNG series. Black Clover Anime Film
On the second day of the Jump Festa 2022 event, fans got the interact with the team of Black Clover. Then panel had entered the stage with two interesting announcements. One was in regards to the launch of a new game. The other one was a surprise. The panel revealed a new visual for the upcoming Black Clover anime film. Yuno was the prime face of the visual, hinting him to be the main lead of the movie. The panel confirmed that Asta’s look would be dropped by March 2023.
My Hero Academia Season 6 Release Window
Studio Bones also sent an able team to make important announcements at the Jump Festa. The panel announced many details about the forthcoming season. Season 6 of MHA will be adopting the ‘Paranormal Liberation War’ arc of the story. On top of this, the new season might also have the same number of episodes as the predeceasing one. So, My Hero Academia Season 6 is set to return to Funimation in Fall 2022.
Dr. Stone Season 3 Release Window
One of the most prominent announcements from the event was the renewal of Dr. Stone Season 3. It was revealed that Dr. Stone Ryusui would be the new Television series in the franchise. This new outing and the third season of the anime are two separate projects. Along with the new visual, the panel also showcased a promotional teaser of the film. So, the third season is set to arrive in 2023. Also, the Television anime is coming in Summer 2022.
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Movie Preview
The makers of Jujutsu Kaisen felt that it was the perfect time to hype the upcoming movie. Thus, taking one event at the Jump Festa, the creators of the movie displayed a new trailer of the movie. This was essentially the first full-length trailer that revealed the animation style and character designs in fine view. As announced earlier, the film is set to open in Japan on December 24, 2021. Regional release dates are yet to be confirmed by the makers.
Summer Time Rendering Anime
Besides the other banner announcements that were a part of the grand yearly event, this announcement was a breath of fresh air. Summer Time Rendering anime is based on a manga of the same name. Yasuki Tanaka’s suspense manga had been under the radar for a while now. Thus, Disney+ took on the project for an early release. So, the promotional video of the series hints at an April 2022 release.
