A Quick Recap!
Previously in Ao Ashi Episode 18, Ashito had a word with Yoshitsune. He told him that he had fallen in love with how he plays football. But Yoshitsune told him he was jealous of him, just like Kuribayashi. Soon the match resumed, and the opponent team didn’t leave any space for Yoshitsune to score a goal. Yoshitsune did his best. But a break in the defense line resulted in the opposing team securing a goal, upsetting Ashito. Ashito was mad at Keiji and Ryuuichi for their action.
However, Ashito returned to his form soon. Their coach instructed them to form a triangle which helped them secure a goal. Although Ashito had a clear sight of the goal, he passed the ball to Keiji and scored a goal. They held the opponent team from making another goal in the second half. Fukuda told Ashito that he would put Ashito in the A team if they won the next match. So Ashito prepared himself for the next match.
