Rina Endo and Maria Naganawa have been added to the cast to play Machi Kuga and Fumio Kuga, respectively. The airing of the anime is imminent. A Galaxy Next Door Live Action: Live Action Film Announced!
NHK said on Thursday that it will soon show a live-action version of Gido Amagakure’s manga A Galaxy Next Door (Otonari ni Ginga). The lead role of Ichir Kuga will be played by M!LK’s Hayato Sano. The directors of the show are Yoshihito Okashita, Izuru Kumasaka, and Masayuki Kokury. The manga is being released in English by USA Publishing. The trailer included snippets of both main characters as well as some other ones, all set to Chinatsu Matsumoto’s theme music. Three more cast members have been added to the TV anime at the same time as the trailer.

The date of April 8, 2023, has been established as the debut date for the pilot episode of A Galaxy Next Door, as stated in the second promotional film for the show. Kodansha is in charge of publishing both collected volumes and chapters that come out regularly in a serial format.
