Attack On Titan The Final Season Part 3: Official Announcement
NHK announced that the first half of Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 will be an entire hour long. Earlier, fans were confused about the anime adapting the final cour as two parts or as two special episodes. However, the confusion comes to an end as the final part will be split into two episodes. The second part will be the ending part of the series, which is set to release later this year.
According to the sound director, Masafumi Mina’s Twitter account, the entire season of the anime will have a total of 35 episodes. Therefore, seven more episodes will be released in Part 3 soon. Studio MAPPA also further states that the finale was going to air in one piece. However, due to the amount of work, the anime was split into two pieces.
What Will Happen In The Hour-Long Episode?
To date, there has been no specific announcement on what will happen in the episode of the anime of either of the two parts. However, as the first part of the anime will be an hour long, and it shall be a combination of the first three episodes. Similarly, the second part would most likely be an hour long as well.
