After investigating Joseph, he finds that the former Blade Runner has no hand in the killing of Chief Grant. However, as this report comes to the limelight, the news of another murder will reach the LAPD. Davis will find that someone had killed Dr. M in cold blood.
As the obvious would suggest, all eyes will be on Elle. However, it is most likely that the officer will learn about the real evils of Wallace Senior and his son. The Doll Hunt was a mission orchestrated by the father. On top of this, it was the son who was leading the replicant program. The rift between the two would cause the company’s collapse. In the seventh episode of Blade Runner Black Lotus, officer Davis came to Joseph’s apartment to inquire him about the Black Lotus case. Elle hid in the other room while the officer was there. Joseph did not give away any information in regards to his past as an agent. On the other end, Niander Wallace has started a mission of his own. He was now investigating his own seniors to find more intel on Elle’s past. Later on, the man gets into an argument with his son. Wallace Jr. argued against the selling of the company’s assets. He believed that the replicant program was full-proof.
Meanwhile, Elle had come to Dr. M’s lab to find more clues. However, she got caught by the man. Then, he and Goodman began to go through all her memories. They found that Elle’s memories had been tampered with in the past. Elle managed to break free and attack the two. Towards the end of the episode, Elle manages to kill Dr. M. Also, Goodman told her during the escape that her memories with her boyfriend were real, and it was Wallace Sr. who was behind the doll hunt mission.
