Episode 16 of Blue Lock saw Reo finally confronting Nagi for the first time after their separation. Fans also found out about Barou. He joins Isagi and Nagi’s team. As they start to play together, fans will see the dynamics between the characters more in Blue Lock Episode 17. Once the match ends, Naruhaya is also eliminated from Blue Lock. The previous episode saw the red team taking the lead. Blue Lock Episode 17 will see how difficult it will be for the white team. Barou seems to not be taking the lead. However, things might completely turn around once Barou decides to take the reins. The white team will start leading the game. the red team will have to find a way to overpower their opponents. The winner of the match will be decided in the upcoming episode.
Isagi and Nagi will also be able to come up with a solution in the next episode. Moreover, Ego Jinpachi’s selection for Blue Lock will also be revealed in the new episode. He plans on creating a genius in Blue Lock. The genius will also be a big reveal in the anime series. The goals that will be scored in the match will also determine a lot of things for episode 17.

Blue Lock Episode 16 was titled “Tri-Fusion.” The episode begins with Isagi dealing with Barou and Nagi. All three of them head to go for training. However, Barou’s training routine was too difficult for Isagi and Nagi to keep up with. At the same time, Ego Jinpachi and Anri Teieri have a meeting with the JFA representatives. It seems that the organization wants Ego Jinpachi to quicken the selection for Blue Lock. Later, Isagi meets Kunigami and Chigiri at the bath. They reveal that Nagi had asked them to join his team.
Reo also confronts Nagi in the bath. The two decide on a match between Isagi, Nagi, and Barou’s white team and Reo, Chigiri, and Kunigami’s red team. Whereas Aryu and Tokimitsu are trying to find opponents for the fourth stage match. Later in the episode, the match begins and the red team finds a way to deal with Barou. The episode ends with the red team taking the lead with Chigiri who scores a goal.
