What lies ahead?” The plot details of the new chapter are yet to come out. But fans can be assured that the two brothers will come face to face in Boruto Chapter 67.

The 66th chapter of Boruto, titled “Do Or Die,” started with Shikamaru still getting manhandled by Code. But just then, he overheard them talking about how powerful Kawaki’s karma had become. Shikamaru was quick to realize that when Amado was fixing his arm, he must have reconstructed the karma as well. This was the reason why his powers had awakened while fighting Momoshiki. Cut back to the fight, Kawaki unleashed Daikokuten and Sukunahikona as a finishing move. However, the move did not go as he was expecting it to.
But Naruto noticed that the essence of Isshiki was quickly taking him over. But Kawaki refused to stop as they would not get another chance at this in the future. As he was about to attack Boruto, Naruto came in the middle to guard his son. However, Kawaki exclaimed that if he could not kill Boruto, then he would surely kill his father. Naruto tried to remind him of the promise he had made to his mother. However, nothing happened, and Kawaki ended up punching right through Boruto.
