Since the beginning of Reboot version of Digimon Adventures, the anime is continuously giving surprises. Even at this time when the series has already marked its 5th episode on July 5, 2020, it hasn’t stopped astonishing the viewers. From the very start, the series has flipped its storyline in several ways as compared to the original anime which released in 1999.
First, we observed updated digivices, which somewhat have more abilities to help their owner. These digivices helped taichi to show him his way and support them to fight against the evil powers. Later in the episode, we came across Devimon, evil and devious Digimon. The character had remained a part of the first version of Digimon. But, his appearance in the rebooted version with new adaptions has left us amazed.
In the recent episode “Holy Digimon”, the cast welcomed by the valdurmon. For your information he is the Holy Bird Digimon. Later the valdurmon told them about their past. The past in which the dark monsters and Holy Digimon fought with each other. They fought to secure their Digiworld from the evil powers. But, as now the negative energies and devious Digimon are again on their peaks. The Holy Digimons in the original version of the Digimon Adventure are now accompanied by few other characters, creating a new DigiDestined.
According to the advice from the Valdurmon, they have to find the other Digimon in another territory namely “Cloud Continent”. Those Holy Digimon are supposed to help them to fight against the dark and evil powers to save the Digiworld.
The series is successfully giving the updated version of Digimon Adventure 1999 with the touch of advancement. Or in other terms, one can describe, the series is maintaining the balance between the two separate versions, while keeping the same storyline.
