When Granola was on his way to save Oatmeal and Monaito, he revealed that he was not going to fight them again. Instead, he was going to be on their side to take down the real perpetrators of the crime. In a meeting with Vegeta, Granola first refused to take the beans all by himself.
He wanted Vegeta to take the beans since he believed that he was the more powerful between the two. However, Vegeta replied that this was Granola’s fight now. And so, Granola took the beans and immediately healed. What followed was the beginning of a fantastic fight between Granola and Gas.
Can Granola Redeem Himself In Chapter 80?
As mentioned, the only way for Granola to justify his actions is by fighting Gas. But a tough fight will not be enough at the moment. What the Cerealian needs is a complete win against Gas and his minions. Chapter 80 of Dragon Ball Super is yet to reveal its spoilers. However, it is already known that this battle will take the forefront with Goku, Vegeta, and other Heeters acting like mere spectators.
From what history has established, Senzu beans are known to heal the injuries of any downed fighters. However, the beans not only heal wounds but are also proven to enhance the powers and stamina of a fighter. A glimpse of this upgrade was evident in the previous chapter when Granola managed to defend his guard with a swish. Thus, it is possible that Granola might stand a chance in this ultimate fight between the two Cerealians.
