In 2019, by the end of the first anime season of the popular manga Fire in His Fingertips, the second season was announced too. It’s only after two years that the project is ready with a release date. The next season is “Fire in His Fingertips 2: My Lover is a Fighter.” Hokiboshi Studios is responsible for making this show. This week, the project was brought to light with new announcements through the official website. Hence, Tanishi Kawano’s Fire in His Fingertips is all set for a hit sequel. The premise of the popular series is based on an office romance between co-workers Ryo Fujihashi and Soma Mizuno. A series of events forces them to start living in the same house. Thus, the journey to know each other better starts. Soma is a flirt and hits on every woman he meets. This makes Ryo very angry, and she makes this her goal to make Soma a loving partner.
Fire in His Fingertips Season 2: Cast Details
Much like the previous season, the sequel will also have two separate voicing teams- one for the on-air version and the second for the premium one. For now, the official website for ComicFesta only reveals a few cast names for the on-air show. For starters, the character of Rei is not cast just yet.
On-Air Version– Mariko Honda will play the lead role of Midori Watanabe. Moreover, Shiori Izawa will be voicing Ayako Shinoda along with Akari Harashima as Megumi Sasahara. Additionally, Kent Ito and Natsumi Takamori will be playing the parts of Soma Mizuno and Ryo Fujihashi. Other cast members include Tomohito Takatsuka and Wataru Komada.
Premium Version– The premium team has very different names in the cast. Firstly, Ringo Aoba will be playing the main lead, Midori Watanabe. Next, Kiiro Tsukino and Shiu Kase will be playing Ayako Shinoda and Megumi Sasahara. Moreover, Ion Momoyama will voice the character of Ryo Fujihashi. Similarly, Margarine Tengu and Kinniku li will be playing the role of Soma Mizuno and Yuki Izumi. Lastly, Yi Asagi will be voicing Jun Hase.
Fire in His Fingertips Season 2: Crew Members
The second season is ready with an able team to mark this year in their name. The director of the first season, Toshihiro Watase, will also be directing the second one. Moreover, Miyako Nishida will be the animation director of the show. Katsuyuki Sato will be the character designer. Fire in His Fingertips Season 2: Release Date
