The inaugural season of the anime already adopted 15 volumes out of these 20. So, the production studio only has the last five volumes now. However, in the first season, the makers skipped a lot of chapters. So, if they use those chapters, the production studio can easily make Gakuen Babysitters Season 2. Since the manga series is still running, they will continue to get more content in the future.

The inaugural season of School Babysitters met with a positive critical reception. Its viewership and ratings were also great. The show has a solid score of 7.85 on MyAnimeList as well. Therefore, if we look at the performance, there would not be any problem for the producers to renew it for the following season. However, the lack of source material might be a trouble in the anime’s return. So, as soon as Brain’s Base studio gets enough source material, they might renew Gakuen Babysitters Season 2 anytime soon.
