The title of the fourth episode of Golden Kamuy Season 4 was “Spoiled Rich Kid.” The episode’s main focus was Tsurumi. We see that Koito had quite a past with Tsurumi back in the day. And the phrase ‘barchonok’ was all about the equation shared between Tsurumi at Abashiri. We come to know that it was Tsurumi who made everyone believe the wrong story about Ogata. All believed that the Lieutenant General had committed suicide out of agony.
But in reality, it was Ogata who killed his father out of rage and insecurity. Tsurumi plays a similar game with Tsukishima and his father. Using the sourness in their relationship, he locked him into loyalty as well. By the end of the episode, we come to know that Tsukishima and Ogata were both captors of Tsurumi.
