The story of this show revolves around Yoshifumi Nitta. He is a mid-level Yakuza of the Ashikawa-gumi. Soon he finds his everyday life tossed into chaos when a girl from the future falls on his head without any warning. Her name was Hina, and she has some incredible psychokinetic powers. However, her appearance sets off a chain reaction of experiences that affects everyone in the city. Soon more girls from the future show up in the city to take Hina back or terminate her.
Now in Hinamatsuri Season 2, the fans will likely see three years time gap. According to some spoilers, Nitta and Hina relocate into a new area as father and daughter. Hina is now a student of a high school and will soon pick up part-time work as well. Whereas Nitta will try to hide being a yakuza mobster from society while pulling up a single father’s role.
