Kingdom Chapter 749: A Quick Recap!
Kingdom Chapter 748 started with Riboku thanking his men for saving him from the perils of the strange attacks. But now was the time that he put down his guard and face the dangers in front of him. The first death on the side of Kanki was that of Kuko’Ou. As soon as the lady was hit by an arrow. Later on, we see that Kanki was also under attack. The Zhao forces were taking control of the entire situation. But just as the attack was about to commence, a voice came from the sidelines.
Here, we see that it was Riboku who stopped the attack then and there. Shin also gets the news that General Kanki’s ambush was not a success. As a result of this, Zhao was now overtaking a lot of areas in the war. The last part of the chapter saw an announcement coming that now was the time to escape from the left. The Hishin unit was no longer going to continue the fight like this.

Here, we see that the next one will open with a long-standing conversation between Riboku and Kanki. Fans are already joking about the fact that this conversation might even last four to five chapters until the fight finally starts.
One theory that also makes a lot of sense is that Kanki might be planning to sacrifice himself. While this happens, his men will take up the opportunity to kill the rest of the army men.
