Rin and Nadeshiko’s camping is back with a brand new story. Laid-Back Camp Movie will reach the theatres very soon, and fans will be greeted by an original story. Yuru Camp series originally came out in January 2018. And since its launch, the light-hearted travel and camping story has found a very loyal audience. Laid-Back Camp comes from a manga written by Afro. The series is published under Houbunsha. It began its serialization in July 2015 and is currently ongoing. The series later got its anime adaption under Studio C-Station. The anime released 25 episodes and 5 OVAs. The franchise also released a television drama in January 2020. It has 24 episodes in total.
Laid-Back Camp Movie: Trailer Introduces An Original Story!
The official YouTube website of Laid-Back Camp Movie released a 1-minute long trailer on June 1, 2022. The upcoming film will have an original story. Thus, it will not follow the plot in the manga. The short clip showcases a grown-up Nadeshiko. Meanwhile, her anime duo Rin is seen working at Nagoya. Chiaki mentions a tourism promotion organization to Rin. The site is apparently reopening, to which Rin suggests turning the place into a campsite.
The original group of five is then reunited. The trailer shares many exciting details that the film will bring in details to the fans. Chiaki and Rin will be seen working with Nadeshiko, Aoi, and Ena in the making of the campsite. They will appear in work clothes working on the land. Laid-Back Camp Movie has prepared a highly talented staff team. So, the upcoming release includes Yoshiaki Kyougoku in the director’s chair. Next up is Jin Tanaka, who will write scripts with Mutsumi Imo. Meanwhile, Singer Asaka will perform the number “Sun is coming up,” as the opening theme song.
