Ryo was on the last day of his training camp, but he faced difficulty dealing with the Higashiyama twins, while Sakaki gave up. He asked the coach to assign someone else to Ryo in the duo. Well, he never did this. He always appeared in high spirit and never gave up. But it seems like his match demotivates him. However, Matsuda, Ryo, and the first-year players will convince Sakaki to give the twins a tough fight. It will also suggest they should learn from the twins as they continue to play, irrespective of how much they were drained.
The duo will work on their skills, and the training camp will finally get over. The team will enjoy their barbeque as the training camp is finally over. They enjoyed their training camp and have many memories of this summer. Now the tournament will finally begin. During the training camp, Rika visited to cheer up Ryo and his fellow team players. But it made things worst for him. She later scolded Hishikawa for letting everyone know about her relationship with Ryo. She later gave coach Ebhira a gift her mom gave her for looking after Ryo.
Later, Yusa met Rika. She promised she would go on a date with him if he won all the events. So he promised her to wait at least a year. Soon their training continued, and Yusa challenged first-year competitors during the training session. He defeated everyone and later started practicing for the doubles. He played against the Higashiyama twins and faced difficulty while pairing up with Ryo. He appeared frustrated and wasn’t as good as Ryo and decided to give up.
