1. Yoshimura

The manager has given a tough tike to many investigators in the past. Not only humans, but he has also been very lethal towards the ghouls. Yoshimura rarely uses his powers for battles, but when he does, he can take down as many people as he wants. 2. Tatara
A fairly intimidating character that seldom appears in Tokyo Ghoul is Tatara. Since we have not seen enough of this character in combat, we cannot say how strong he really is. But from what little is indicated, Tatara should not be taken lightly. His humongous body and serious stature can lead to many investigators leaving their jobs. However, we are yet to find out if he is the most powerful character in Tokyo Ghoul or not.
3. Ken Kaneki
Ken Kaneki is a fan-favorite character and everyone’s hope in the show. Although Ken is not as strong as the other characters that we have listed so far, he is still powerful enough as a half-ghoul. The fact that he can retain strength even after controlling his urges to eat humans makes him a strong contender. Besides, many ghouls struggle to even stay alive without human flesh, and here Ken is giving a tough fight to the strongest creatures. Thus, he is easily one of the Most Powerful Tokyo Ghoul Characters.
4. Roma Hoito
Eccentric characters always tend to be unpredictable and lethal. Roma Hoito is just the one. She was turned into a ghoul at an innocent age, which led to the child losing our ability to think rationally. Giving in to the urges, Roma became a brutal murderer. After generations, it is almost impossible for her to restore her rational abilities. Thus, Roma Hoito gets the fourth spot on this list.
5. Kishou Arima
One of the top names in the ghoul hunters clan is Kishou Arima. He has been an investigator all his life. Moreover, Amira is easily the character who has encountered the most number of ghouls in his life. Even in terms of combat, he is specially trained to take down all kinds of spirits. Amira is not someone ghouls want to face in their lifetime. Hence, his fast reflexes and past experiences place Amira on the fifth spot on this list.
6. Noro
Another ghoul that joins the league of the strongest characters is Noro. A single look at this creature will terrify you to your bones. Not only by the looks, but Noro is very strong in combat as well. With fast regeneration powers and a stiff body, it’s almost impossible for a hunter to take down Noro. In fact, fans are still waiting for an investigator who can find out the way to beat this character. Therefore, Noro gets the sixth spot on this list of the Most Powerful Tokyo Ghoul Characters.
7. Matasaka Kamishiro
Aside from Noro, if there is a ghoul that can intimidate everyone, it is Matasaka Kamishiro. Unlike the brainless minion ghouls that appear in the show, Kamishiro has many professional skills. Many are not aware that this ghoul has high skills in martial arts and other combating techniques. In fact, the viewers still await an epic battle where someone can give an equal fight to Matasaka.
8. Eto
The first contender in this list was Yoshimura, and the final will be one too. Eto is the first-born daughter of Yoshimura. The reason why we count Eto as one of the most powerful characters in Tokyo Ghoul is because of her regeneration abilities. Even in combat, this character is highly skilled. Moreover, Shinohara had a tough time battling Eto one-on-one. She has even shown her ghoul form time and again in the show. Thus, Eto Yoshimura gets the eighth spot on this list of the Most Powerful Tokyo Ghoul Characters.
