The makers confirm that the Star and Stripe Arc will be a part of the new season.

Apart from this, some of the cast updates are also in for the fans. This includes all of the voice actors from the past seasons coming back this time as well. Along with this, the new addition to the team will be the name of Romi Park, who will be playing the role of Star and Stripe, the American superhero. Until the 5th season, a lot of the fans were tired of the kind of content that was coming out of the anime. It was the overall concern of the fans that the story was stretching a bit too much. However, on the counter-argument, it was heard that with so many characters and as many arcs, it was the due of the series to be this long and extensive. So, while the season was announced in the month of April itself (2023), there certainly is a chance that My Hero Academia Season 7 is already in production. Animating 25 episodes within numbered months with only 80 employees is a tough job to do.

There are a total of 390 chapters in the manga right now. Of these chapters, the anime has been used up until Chapter 328 of the manga. And per season, the anime has used only 70 chapters.
