Obey Me! is easily one of the most popular Otome dating video games in Japan. With more than a million users, the popularity and relevance of this Demon-based game are at an all-time high. In April, it was officially announced by the social media handles of the game that NTT Solmare had given a green flag for the anime adaptation. Thus, Toei Animation, Coloured Pencil Animation, Sotsu, Toei Animation, and Bouncy came into the picture to complete the project.
With big names coming in, fans cannot wait to watch the final product. The official YouTube channel of OM has been very active in releasing new updates regarding the adaptation. The anime adaptation is set around the same theme as its gaming counterpart. The viewers will be introduced to the RAD Demon School that trains potential demons for the future. Here, a human exchange student, Lucifer, lands out of misunderstandings. This changes the course of events for the seven demon brothers who are part of the academy. You can expect sorcery, magic, and harem all from the same series.
The newest trailer on YouTube introduces all the characters, including the Seven Demon brothers and the new exchange student. On the other hand, the casting names were also a part of this snippet. Casting Details!
The new trailer on the official YouTube channel of Obey Me! is more or less a casting update video. Fans get to meet the characters that they are about to see in the new anime. The show will essentially be in Japanese dub with English subtitles. For a start, Kazuya Yamashita will be playing Lucifer. Hirotaka Kobayashi is cast as Mammon. Moreover, Satoshi Kada and Shinya Suma will play Leviathan and Satan. We’ll also get to see Miura Ayme and Kyohei Yaguchi will play Asmodeus and Beelzebub. Lastly, Satoshi Ōnishi will be voicing Belphegor.

Obey Me Anime Release Date
This time, your favorite video game anime will not be releasing on a conventional platform like Netflix or Crunchyroll. In order to watch Obey Me! The Boys in the House, you must get a subscription for YouTube Premium. The anime adaptation will premiere on YouTube on July 16, 2021. As per the YouTube structure, the first episode will be available for free on the platform. So, to watch the further episodes, one will have to take paid membership.
