Within two days of joining the school, she solved a serious bullying case in the school. This will surely attract many enemies towards her. Thus, some students might begin to plot traps against her.

In the third episode, ‘In Consideration of Mission IS,’ the team at Tesla finds that the shards have been stolen. Later in the meeting room, the officer began to bash the team for being irresponsible at the mission. However, the old chairman insisted on focusing on the solution. He told his team that a villain named ‘A Small House’ had stolen the crystals that inscribed the secrets to Nikola Tesla’s notes. Thus, he called off the meeting instructing the team to look for the villain.
Later, the team spent the night together preparing dinner while pondering upon the idea of finding the crystals. The next morning, Botan attended the new training school along with her trainer. At the school, fans see that some secret agents are keeping an eye over her from a distance. By the end of the episode, Botan makes some new friends at school and also helps in resolving some bullying issues between them.
