Jun Mochizuki’s The Case Study of Vanitas is her third main manga series. The background of the anime falls in 19th century Paris, with Noé and Vanitas as the main focuses. First, Noé meets Vanitas on a journey to find a book that heals vampires. But this isn’t all, as dangerous threats are lurking. Meanwhile, Vanitas assists Noé on his mission to turn the sick vampires back to normal.
The Case Study of Vanitas Continues With A Part 2
Back in September, makers of the show confirmed an early 2022 release. The wait wasn’t so long since its finally ready. Studio Bones premiered the first season during summer 2021 till September 18, 2021. Till now, the anime adaption has got a satisfactory response from the fans. However, Season 2 details are not yet out, and source material is falling behind. For a definite stopping point, more chapters are needed to add up to the arc.
The first season showcased the Beast of Gévaudan story arc. With Vanitas’s relationship with Noe evolving, Ruthven figures out a large part of the plan. After the end credits scene, fans are to find the true intentions of Charlatan in Part 2. Roland is in despair after he discovers that not all vampires are bad. Lastly, Ruthven has Noe hypnotized, adding up the upcoming plot. The second half will take off from the end bits of the last part.
Who Is Joining The Cast Of Part 2?
The voice artists are reprising their roles from the last installment. This includes Kaito Ishikawa as the titular character, Noe. Natsuki Hanae will star again as Vanitas. The supporting cast will have Inori Minase as Jeanne and Shino Shimoji playing Luca.
Ai Kayano is voicing Dominique once again whereas, Yoko Hinasa is coming back as Veronica. Another voice actor Toshiyuki Morikawa will play Ruthven like the last edition. The characters are back with yet another project, and an adequate result is expected. However, the additional cast of season 2 is not yet announced as of now.

The Case Study of Vanitas Part 2: Release Date
The following 12 episodes will mark as an end to the first season. While the details of the second season are not yet out, fans are speculating a late 2022 or early 2023 release.
