The fourth episode of Sheild Hero Season 2, titled “Ruins in the Fog,” started with the aftermath of the Tortoise Raid. On the night of the raid, Rishia sat down with the heroes to tell the story of her past. She explained that a family of nobles had taken her away when her parents were unable to pay the debt. On the other day, Naofumi went back to the cave to find a way to stop the Tortoise from getting reincarnated. Without any success, the troops came back.
Afterward, Ost sat with Rishia only to tell her that her contribution to the affairs of the state was high enough. When the group visited the town that the Tortoise had disturbed, they found some inscriptions that only Rishia could read. It was revealed that the only way to destroy the Tortoise was to rip its heart from the inside out. The episode ended with a surprise visit from different fighters.
