This week’s episode, “Let Cupid’s Arrow Fly! The Super Secret Date Scheme,” hints that someone will go on a date. Well, the Mew girls have yet to unleash their full powers. Although they know their powers, the previous episode hints they have more to achieve. However, this episode will give them a break from their hectic life. The girls will enjoy their time on the yacht, and Ryo will use this opportunity to introduce Ichigo to his family.
However, the others will try to help the couple spend time together. So they will plan a perfect date night for them. But Ichigo and Ryo won’t be aware of it. Soon the Mew group will surprise them with their plan. However, it will be interrupted by Krish, and he will try to spoil it. But Ichigo will transform into her combat avatar and fight with Krish for spoiling her perfect date.

The eighth episode was a Lettuce-centric episode. Bu-Ling explained to her that people often misjudged him as he didn’t have the same pace as everyone. Sometimes he missed his smartness. It let Lettuce ruminate that she was in the same situation. She was so busy focusing on what she didn’t have she forgot to focus on what she could do. She even forgot what animal she had been fused with. Soon the Cafe Mew Mew hosted a black-tie dessert tasting on Ryo’s family yacht. The episode also focused on Ichigo’s complicated love life, while Lettuce stayed hopeless in the background.
However, Bu-Ling noticed it and decided to have a word with him. He noticed that both Lettuce and Huacha were being misunderstood and didn’t fit in the group. However, soon things changed when the group fought with the most vicious fish. Mew Pudding saved four of their siblings, and Mew Lettuce saved Huacha from bluefish. But it helped Lettuce to transform and unlock her greater powers. She swam like a mermaid and defeated the bluefish in the end.
