It has more than one and a half years since fans last saw We Never Learn, and now they are eagerly waiting for We Never Learn Season 3. Its initial two seasons premiered within a very short period. Therefore, now its fans are not liking this hiatus and demand to see the third season. So, when will they see the premiere of the second installment? Here are all the latest details.
We Never Learn, aka Bokutachi wa Benkyō ga Dekinai or Bokuben, is a Japanese comedy anime series. Studio Silver and Arvo Animation adapted a manga of the same name by Taishi Tsutsui in order to produce the anime. Its debut season premiered on April 7, 2019, and ran for thirteen episodes. After its completion, the second season arrived on October 6, 2019, and continued on for the same number of episodes until December 29 of the same year.
We Never Learn Season 3: Renewed?
After watching two back-to-back brilliant installments in a single year, the fans thought they would see the third one in no time as well. However, that didn’t happen. The demand for the third season has only been increasing and is still at its peak. Despite being popular, the production studios or anyone involved in its production hasn’t revealed anything about the show’s future. The anime was going ahead of its source material and also molded its plot a little in the second season. Well, that could be the main reason why they didn’t give the green light to We Never Learn Season 3.
Do The Makers Have Enough Content To Follow?
Bokuben manga series ended recently in December 2020. Taishi Tsutsui, its author, has published a total of 21 volumes which have a total of 187 chapters. On the other hand, the first two seasons of the anime series only followed the content from the initial eight volumes. Therefore, the production studio can still adapt 13 books in order to create We Never Learn Season 3. The remaining source material would be enough for them to make more than one installment of anime.
We Never Learn Season 3: Will The Anime Ever Return?
The fans have been continuously asking whether they’ll be able to see the third season of the anime or not. The fact is that there are very slim chances for the show’s return on the TV. The series overtook the plot of the manga and provided an anime-original ending. After the completion of the anime’s second season, even the author hinted at the end of the series and thanked its fans. He also revealed that that the manga readers would witness a different ending. Therefore, despite having a lot of source material, it is likely that the makers might not renew We Never Learn Season 3 as the show already had a proper conclusion.
