The sixth episode of the World’s End Harem, titled “Intertwining Plots,” started with Reito, Sui, and Maria reaching Keimon City to find out the mystery behind the origin of the MK virus. But it turned out that the first suspect was already dead before they could reach him. Akane had her eyes on Rea, who she thought had poisoned Taniguchi. Meanwhile, Reito comes across a mysterious picture that he decided to scan. It turned out that the paper contained blueprints of the MK Virus which were not complete. Just then, Akane and Maria also tell him that all the people who have been studying the virus have been going missing.
On the other side, Hino comes across Mahiru and decided that he was going to sleep with her next. However, Reito told him that Mahiru was a minor and he could not get along with her. Thus, Hino boiled down his expectations and decided to go on a date with her. The scene then shifts to Rea and Mira where the former tells Mira how much she loved her. Towards the end of the chapter, Reito, Maria, and Sui come to know that all the doctors who had done missing were researching at the abandoned hospital.
