Last week’s episode of Yashahime opened with Towa gaining back all her demonic powers. This way, the fight with the almighty Zanseiken grew more even. Ultimately, her powers manifested, and she ended up winning against the teacher. Later on, she united with Riku and went on to help Moroha and her sister. But it turned out that cutting the threads had led to the unleashing of Rion’s hatred for Kirinmaru. Listening to the sorrow was nothing short of horror for them.
And so, the half-demon princesses were determined to help Rion escape the horrors of her past. On the other side of the picture, Grim Butterfly had already covered the spiritual shield Miroku and Kagome had created to shield themselves. But it was only towards the end of the episode that Kirinmaru realized how and why he lost to Rion all those years ago. The outing came to an end with a fight between Sesshomaru and the strongest demon of all time.
